I. The smart toilet assembly line includes multiple key production stages. The assembly line with double-speed chains and roller lines as the core transportation carriers is the key link connecting various processes.
As the main line transportation carrier, the double-speed chain transportation line can be flexibly adjusted according to the pace of the process. The tooling board carries core components such as the base and water tank of the smart toilet. It can be accurately parked next to each station during the transportation process, making it convenient for operators or automated equipment for assembly operations. The high load-bearing capacity of the double-speed chain ensures stable operation when carrying heavy parts. By blocking positioning devices such as cylinders, accurate parking of the tooling plate is achieved. The positioning error is controlled within ±1mm, which provides a basic guarantee for subsequent assembly accuracy.
The drum line is mainly used to assist transportation and connect and transfer links, and is especially suitable for short-distance transfer of heavier parts such as ceramic bodies and large casings. The drum is driven by a motor to rotate at a constant speed, and the transportation is achieved by relying on the gravity of the parts itself and the friction of the drum. This not only reduces the cost of manual transportation, but also avoids damage caused by collision of the parts during transfer. At the junction of different production areas, the roller line can be smoothly connected with the double-speed chain line, and the transfer and transportation of workpieces are completed through the lifting and transplanting mechanism to ensure the continuity of the production process.
